Below are some examples of my recent projects:

PRODUCT LIABILITY I serve as National Coordinating Counsel for two clients involved in asbestos lawsuits throughout the United States.

BUSINESS SALES I assisted my clients in selling their businesses. One was a Virginian company sold to a French owned concern. Another was a Wisconsin company sold to a local company.

WORKERS COMPENSATION I successfully represented my client in an employee's hearing for a 15% penalty.

DISTRIBUTION LAWSUIT IN LOS ANGELES My client was sued by a terminated aftermarket distributor in Los Angeles. I affiliated with a large law firm and, working with the firm and client, initiated a fast track mediation to resolve the case for less than the estimated attorney fees.

ARBITRATION I acted as an Arbitrator on a three person arbitration panel for issues concerning the contract obligations and quality for a significant home remodeling.
